Just when it looked like buyer activity might be cooling off... this week's numbers surprised me. 👀
Only 13 new listings hit the El Dorado Hills market, while 23 homes went pending, and the median days on market for those pendings dropped from 37 days last week to just 22 days.
Buyers are still out there, and as we head toward fall, I'm going to be watching inventory very closely. 🏡
